All Parts sold by are New Genuine Lennox OEM Parts.
Before you buy please be certain you are ordering what you want. Our staff can get the correct part number if you are not sure.  All sales are final with the following exceptions:
Warranty Claims: Products sold on our site are intended by the manufacturer to be installed by professional heating and air conditioning contractors. We, however, make them available to do-it-yourself individuals, so that if you are mechanically inclined to install them on your own, you can save a substantial amount of money. Be advised, though, that we want you to know the advantages of going this route, as well as any potential disadvantages, so that your decision to purchase from us and install it yourself is informed. On older equipment past 17 yrs old there is no guaranteed warranty on parts sold. Call us at 888-390-1103 before sending anything back.

Although having a contractor install the product for you is more costly, there is in fact value in this extra cost. Such advantages of having professional installation include a labor warranty provided by the contractor on his workmanship, the validation of your warranty with the manufacturer, and having someone to process warranty claims for you with the manufacturer in the event your product should fail. (*We do NOT process warranty claims.)  LENNOX does not warranty Coils sold online because we are not installing them. shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular we shall not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to this web site or the information contained in it, whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statute, in equity, at law, or otherwise, even if has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

We are happy to inform you that you (our Customer) can get limited technical support from us via email or call 888-390-1103, you can also purchase from us any OEM for Lennox products.  Simply contact us by email at and we will assist you.

Warranty claims are not valid when parts are not installed by a licensed professional. Please note that if a product is installed correctly, having to process a warranty claim is rare. Most of our customers who choose to install their products on their own have little difficulty and are quite happy with the results.

Special Circumstances: Special situations arise on occasion that cannot be predetermined. will always give a good faith effort to resolve any matters regarding the sale of Lennox parts.

 Customer Responsibility: When ordering parts from this web site you are assuming the responsibility for the correct diagnosis of the problem with your heating and cooling system or the system in which you are working on. or any Agent of cannot under any circumstance perform a complete and accurate diagnosis of any heating and cooling system over the phone or by email.  You, the customer upon placing your order, assume full responsibility for the proper installation of any repair parts purchased from

Terms of use: While we do everything we can to limit pricing and product information errors, no warranty is made regarding the accuracy of the product information or pricing on this site. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.

Returns: All sales are final with the following exceptions:
Please contact us at  to notify us in advance of your reason for wanting to return the item (s) you purchased. Coils that are not installed by Authorized technicain can not be warrantied by Lennox. Circuit Boards that have been removed from packaging can not be returned.

If it meets our criteria as described below, we will email you with a return authorization number and the appropriate returns mailing or shipping address. Items mailed or shipped to us without contacting us first cannot be accepted since our return system has no way to track the items. All returns must be authorized by us and returned to us within 30 days of initial purchase. If you are returning because we made an error in your order and sent you a different part, different from the one ordered, we will promptly send you the correct item as well as a prepaid UPS return label via email to return the initial order. *The exception would be where the part number has been superseded by the manufacturer with a newer part number. We will always ship the latest factory revision part number to insure you get the latest Lennox OEM product revision possible. Lennox sales the last of the stock before rolling to the new part number which means it is no longer available and we will only send the correct OEM Part for your system. Your part will be inspected and must be in new condition (not installed) as well as all packaging. (We can not sell something with your notes scribbled all over it..... packaging, installation instructions etc..)

For all other returns: shipping fees (if any) are not refunded and a 15% re-stock fee applies. Please note that NO refunds or returns are available on parts that have been installed or used or on any part that uses electricity, such as ignition modules, motors, ignitors etc., Returned parts must be in new and unused condition and in their original part boxes with all included accessories, instructions etc. Note: The Box must be in new condition or Lennox will not credit. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX. We do not sell used parts.

Cancellations:  If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us immediately via email and we will make every effort to stop your order, but if it has already shipped, there is nothing we can do.

Exchanges: cannot exchange items.

 Shipping: will not be bound to deliver any goods for which the customer has not given shipping instructions.  Title to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the transportation company at point of shipment. By purchasing repair parts and accessories from you affirm that any claims regarding shipping damage or delays are the responsibility of said shipper.  Buyer should examine shipments carefully for loss or damage and should have same noted by transportation agent on the freight bill before accepting delivery.  

Orders received by 2:00 PM(CST) M-F will be processed & shipped that day.  Please note that next day air shipments shipped on Friday will be received on the next business day (Monday). 

Delays and/or Back orders:

If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your part we will notify you as soon as we know.  You can cancel the order for any part that is delayed for shipment.
